Need an Official Record?
Use the record type to choose the correct Clinton County or Missouri office:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records or call the Clinton County Circuit Clerk at 816-539-3731
- Criminal histories and official checks: use the Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS MACHS channels
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: call the Clinton County Sheriff's Office at 816-539-2156
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement petitions: confirm the filing route with the court that handled the charge or case
- Certified dispositions: ask the Circuit Clerk for current copy, certification, and payment instructions

Administrative hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Call first to identify the current records custodian and ask for a fee estimate because no sheriff-specific request form or fee schedule was published.
